The Utility Shed is a smart investment you’ll appreciate. Built with an A-frame roof and 93” side walls, this option is one of our most popular buildings. Available in both metal and wood siding, this shed will work great for yard equipment, ATVs, or as a work area. Whether you are looking for versatility or durability, this shed has them both !
A Side Utility Shed has the same structural design as the Utility Shed, but has the door on the side of the building instead of the end. This puts the point of entrance in the center rather than the end, which can be beneficial depending on the use. Gardeners and small business owners alike can use this building in many different ways!
Our Economy Sheds make shed ownership accessible to all with a minimalistic construction. Get lower prices with our two different economy sheds, the Barn style roof or an A-frame roof, while still getting the building that you need. While we don’t have this style in 12×40, we offer the Economy shed in sizes as small as 6×6 up to a 12×24 building.
Following a traditional barn design, the 12×36 Prefab Lofted Barn is an excellent choice for homeowners, business owners, and gardeners for storage or working space. The gambrel style roof gives head room as well as space for a loft that will give you plenty of storage while also adding a rustic charm to your property!
The Side Lofted Barn offers a unique twist to the traditional lofted barn design by featuring a side door instead of one at the end. This barn includes lofted areas on both ends of the building for extra storage and project space, providing easy access for all your needs, making this a perfect option for you and your family.
Our Carolina Barns have a similar design as the livery barns from the past. If you like a horse vibe or a country feel, this is a good option for you. This barn is only available with metal siding. Bringing a lot of possibilities in terms of space, the Carolina Shed is only available in sizes 10×16 up to 12×24.

We have two options for shed siding, metal and wood. Our metal sheds use durable metal panels for the siding that have a 40 year manufacturer’s warranty, same as the roofing panels. While giving the shed a very tough exterior, the metal panels also come in a wide range of colors, so you can make your building match the landscape at home. The second option available for siding is wood. For our wooden sheds, we use LP SmartSide a rot-resistant and compact wood siding product that is designed to endure the elements. This gives an excellent protection for your building and allows you to paint it whatever color you want in the years to come.
